SPORTS MASSAGE
Whether you are new to fitness, an experienced exerciser or just need a good massage, a sports massage is a great way to improve recovery and help with various injuries, aches and pains.
Our massage therapists Kristina and Caroline offer sports massages throughout the week and on Sunday mornings, you can book online via our bookings page.
Our massages are 60 mins and will include a brief consultation at the start of your session to go through any issues or answer any questions you have. You will also be required to fill in an initial massage consultation form prior to your first appointment with us that will be emailed to you once you have made a booking.
