FACILITIES
We are based in Histon on Bridge Road and boast a fully equipped private gym, consultation space & therapy room. Located within the Cambs FA Headquarters building next to Histon FC, we also have free parking, disabled facilities and a conference room with kitchen facilities, that we use for our educational workshops and large group presentations.
CAROLINE
Caroline is a qualified Personal Trainer & Registered Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr) & Sports Massage Therapist.
She specialises in health and sports nutrition, injury rehabilitation exercise, plus strength and conditioning for improving fitness/athletic performance and injury prevention. She provides bespoke training plans for those with specific fitness & strength goals, plus tailored rehabilitation plans for clients that are looking to regain muscle and improve strength and mobility after injury or illness.
Caroline is also qualified to lead and teach various qualifications within the health and fitness industry, providing courses, workshops, giving presentations and providing health education support to sports teams, athletic & local community groups, events and consultancy work for businesses. CLIVE
Clive is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a wealth of coaching experience.
He specialises in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and program design for both sports people and people wishing to improve their real-world strength and functional movement.
Clive is a UEFA A License football coach and former competitive powerlifter. His approach is grounded in science, experience, and a passion for progress.
Alongside his one-to-one personal training and strength & conditioning sessions, he also runs the small group hybrid personal training sessions with Caroline.
Whether you’re a competitive sportsperson, or simply looking to improve your fitness, his goal is to help you move better, get stronger, and be confident.
