SMALL GROUP CLASSES

ABOUT

Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced gym goer, we can provide the expertise & support you need to meet your goals in our small group fitness classes. We offer classes, which are designed for small groups of no more than 8 people & this allows our 2 personal trainers, Caroline & Clive, to help each individual improve technique & give more personalised guidance with your training.

Each session is 60 mins & will include a group warm up and cool down alongside the main full body workout of the day (WOD).

We have a mixture of morning and evening classes and you can book them on a single session basis or book several sessions in advance if you prefer to reserve your space for the slot of your choice each week.

THE PRO·FORMANCE GYM

Our private gym is fully equipped with a wide range of strength equipment and cardio machines, including an assault runner, assault bike, ski erg, row erg and spin bike.

The PRO·FORMANCE gym is in the Cambs FA building, attached to Histon FC on Bridge Road, Histon.

SMALL GROUP HYBRID PT CLASSES

Saturday 9am, Tuesday 7am & 9.30am, Wednesday 6.30pm & Thursday 9.30am & 7.15pm.

Our group sessions have a focus on strength training, but using our cardio equipment for short periods of time at a pace to suit your experience or just to use as active recovery between strength-based exercises.

These sessions are unlike other circuit or HIIT style classes, as our aim is to make sure you understand which muscles you are training & build your mind-muscle/movement connection by teaching proper technique at a more slowed & controlled pace.

HYBRID HIIT CLASSES

Saturday 10am

A 60 min faster paced hybrid training session that will improve overall strength, cardio and general fitness. Our style of hybrid training is unlike other HIIT style or circuit based classes due to doing strength exercises to help you to build mind-muscle & movement connection with more technique guidance from 2 experienced coaches.

Also, prepare for hybrid-style events with sessions that include our ski erg, sled push and pull, assault runner treadmill wall balls and a fully equipped gym.

CORE MOBILITY & RECOVERY

Thursday 6pm

This class will help you to improve overall core strength and mobility to support both functional movements and any additional training you may do in the gym or for specific sporting disciplines. There will be an additional focus on recovery for those who are coming back from injury, illness or just needing recovery guidance for general training.
